This page explains how to have your data deleted from POSNXTGEN, provided by Karthik Information Technology.
1. Businesses using POSNXTGEN
To delete your business account and its data:
- Email karthik.it22110@gmail.com from the email address registered on the account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your company name as shown in POSNXTGEN.
- We will confirm the request with you, then delete the account, its users and its business data.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and accounting records, are kept only for the period the law requires and then deleted.
2. Disconnecting WhatsApp
If your business connected its WhatsApp Business account to POSNXTGEN, disconnecting it deletes the access token we store for it straight away, and we stop sending messages from your number. To disconnect, a company admin can ask us at karthik.it22110@gmail.com. You can also remove POSNXTGEN's access to your WhatsApp Business account at any time from your Meta Business Suite settings. Messages already delivered to your customers stay on their phones and are not controlled by us.
3. Customers of a shop that uses POSNXTGEN
If a shop sent you a bill through POSNXTGEN and you want your name, phone number or bill details deleted, you can contact the shop directly, or email karthik.it22110@gmail.com with your phone number and the shop's name. We will work with the shop to delete the information, except where the shop must keep the bill under tax law.
4. Google and Facebook accounts
If you signed in to POSNXTGEN with Google, or used your Facebook account to connect WhatsApp, you can also remove POSNXTGEN's access from that account's security settings. To delete the data we hold, send a request as described above.
