This policy covers POSNXTGEN subscriptions bought from Karthik Information Technology and paid through Razorpay.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed for the trial, so nothing is charged if you decide not to continue.
2. Cancellation
You can stop using POSNXTGEN at any time. To cancel a paid plan, email karthik.it22110@gmail.com or call +91 94291 99028. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
3. Refunds
All purchases and subscriptions made on POSNXTGEN are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and a subscription plan activated, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including early cancellation or unused periods of your subscription term.
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged for a plan that was never activated, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or unactivated payment to the original payment method. Refunds made through Razorpay usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
4. Payment problems
If you face any issue, query or dispute about a payment or your subscription status, contact us straight away at karthik.it22110@gmail.com or +91 94291 99028, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
5. Delivery of the service
POSNXTGEN is an online software service. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is active as soon as payment is confirmed, and you use it at app.posnxtgen.in.
